Training

Training is essential to achieve the most from a new system and Jaama provide a mixture of classroom style seminars and on-site training depending upon customers requirements and the needs of their organisation.

Our Project Managers will ensure that the project processes, procedures and standards effectively support the business objectives and the project is completed on time and within budget.

Customer Support

We work hard to ensure that our customers are impressed with our after-sales support services.

Customers can securely log-in to their accounts on-line and log technical jobs, access FAQ's, and download products and service pack releases.

Jaama's support department operates from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays to provide software usage advice and technical support. All support calls are logged, controlled and monitored to strict service standards. We monitor and provide our customers with KPI's such as call types and resolution times.

Our Technology

Jaama's technology is entirely industry standard and is based around Microsoft's revolutionary Dot Net Smart Client® design. Instead of using a slow and ineffective web browser system, Dot Net Smart Client® provides users with a familiar, easy to use, functionally rich Windows interface which has all the benefits of web browser software.

Jaama's technology choice, along with Microsoft's standard SQL database, provides our customers with both flexibility and the piece of mind that you don't get when investing in older proprietary systems. This means it will not quickly become obsolete or outdated, protecting your investment for the future.
