Technical Client Managers (x2) - Support Team

Job Summary

Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, there are currently vacancies for 2 Technical Client Managers (Fleet or Leasing) responsible for delivering
the highest quality customer service and technical support, advice and guidance relating to Jaama’s comprehensive range of products and services in times where a sense of urgency is key. 

Most significantly, this role is accountable for the client relationship of a sector specific group of customers.  Together with a sub team of the larger Customer Services team you will proactively manage the development of the customer account.
