Technical Client Manager  - Support Team

Job Summary

Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, there is currently a vacancy for a Technical Client Managers (Leasing) responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service and technical support, advice and guidance relating to Jaama’s comprehensive range of products and services in times where a sense of urgency is key. 

Most significantly, this role is accountable for the client relationship of a sector specific group of customers.  Together with a sub team of the larger Customer Services team you will proactively manage the development of the customer account.
