Expanding Jaama gives customer service another boost with new senior appointment.

Demand for Jaama’s cutting-edge Key2 software from both public and private sector fleets has led to the appointment of Bob Leighfield as customer services manager.
 
Leighfield has joined the multi award-winning fleet software specialist from Arval, one of the UK’s largest vehicle leasing and fleet management companies.
 
Mr Leighfield, who has extensive industry experience, has taken charge of the company’s nine-strong customer services team. The team is responsible for supporting Jaama’s ever growing customer base.
Mr Leighfield, who spent more than eight years as head of Arval’s Midlands operations centre in Birmingham, said: “Supporting customers was a large part of my role at Arval and I will be using my knowledge and experience to further improve client relations at Jaama.”
 
With industry experience gained over the years at Ryland Multifleet, Overdrive, BT Fleet and AA Tyrefit, Mr Leighfield added: “I have known the Jaama management team for many years. Jaama is leading the fleet management software market and the job gives me the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, dynamic business.”
 
Now employing more than 40 people, Jaama is the UK’s most frequently recommended fleet management software supplier. Major customers for its online software include: British Transport Police, BCA, Days Contract Hire, DHL Express, DHL International, Enterprise, Fleet Hire, Hertfordshire County Council, Interserve, JCT 600 Contracts, Luton Borough Council, Manheim, MITIE, Ogilvie Fleet, Prohire, Run Your Fleet, Sheffield Insulation Group and Serco.
