Jaama returns to this year’s Commercial Vehicle show with a continued focus on helping transport operators manage their vehicle fleet, maintenance and compliance management more efficiently.

It will be debuting its new Key2 QuickStart fleet management software for sub-100 vehicle fleets and its Maintenance Exchange system which helps CV fleets control fleet maintenance through its supply chain more efficiently. Live demos of both systems will be available on Stand 5B10.

Key2 Quickstart includes a vehicle module which includes maintenance scheduling and a V5 look up while the driver management module includes accident management and risk profiling based on individual accidents and endorsements.

Jaama commits to getting the system up and running including loading all data within just seven days and biannual software updates are included as standard. A driver app helps drivers automate daily checks and additional modules are available such as licence checking to help fleets bespoke the system for their fleet needs.

The Maintenance Exchange ‘end to end’ maintenance system allows seamless booking, authorisation, invoicing, and auditing of vehicle maintenance work.

All required documentation, typically MoT certifications, vehicle inspection sheets, servicing and routine maintenance documents can be shared between service and repair centres, vehicle owners/operators and the DVSA. Maintenance Exchange has already been onboarded by the likes of Scottish Water and ProHire.

“We are pleased to continue our support of the CV show as the transport industry continues to face new challenges. We aim to help operators stay one step ahead of these challenges with free six monthly updates to our Key2 and Maintenance Exchange platforms,” said Martin Evans, Jaama’s MD.
