We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who gets fleet management

Know the difference between leasing costs and lifecycle optimisation? Understand why fleet managers lose sleep over compliance deadlines? We need someone who speaks this language fluently.

At Jaama Ltd, we’re building the next generation of fleet management solutions and we need an experienced product leader to help shape what comes next.

What we’re looking for:
• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fleet management, leasing, or vehicle finance
• Deep knowledge of the fleet ecosystem — from telematics and EVs to maintenance scheduling and cost optimisation
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML features, especially in predictive analytics or automation
• Strong technical background with the confidence to work alongside engineering and data science teams
• A customer-first approach (because real people use what we build)
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
