2013 is proving to be a year of major growth and development for Jaama, which has now recruited a further two employees following the company’s recent move into larger premises.

The leading software supplier to the vehicle fleet, leasing and rental industry and plant hire rental sector has employed Kristian Frost as a software developer and Dominic Lagorio as an accounts assistant.
Continued demand from vehicle rental and leasing companies, fleet operators and the plant hire industry for Jaama’s cutting-edge software solutions has fuelled both the recruitment of additional staff and subsequently the need to move into larger premises.
Although, remaining within the same business village in Tamworth, the suite of new offices is one-and-a-half times larger than Jaama’s previous location and three times the size of its launch premises in 2004.
Kristian joins Jaama with a degree in computer science and has previously held a software position at International Lift Equipment in Leicester and JJS Electronics, a member of the Paragon Electronics Group, in Lutterworth.
Dominic has had a varied career including six years in the Army and most recently working for Accident Exchange.
Now employing over 40 people, Jaama sales and operations director Martin Evans said: “Growth has been fuelled by a combination of the capability and ongoing evolution of our multi-award-winning Key2 software system along with the service and support we provide to our customers.
“Our recent move into larger premises has enabled us to recruit more people as we continue to secure new business. Most of our new contracts are the result of recommendations from existing customers and, as business savvy clients look to increase the depth of functionality, so we further develop modules and launch new solutions.”
