Jaama, the UK’s leading fleet industry asset management software system provider, has already embarked on further expansion in 2016.

Twelve months ago Jaama strengthened its board of directors to spearhead growth in the UK and internationally.

Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: “While the company continued to expand its client base in 2015, the year was very much about strengthening the team to gear up for our exponential growth which has so far led to recruiting 22 new employees throughout the business.”

Now employing almost 70 people, and with plans to expand its Tamworth headquarters to accommodate further growth, Mr Evans said: “2016 is promising to be another fantastic year for Jaama. We have the resources in place and continue to invest significantly in the development of our Key2 management software which leads the industry.”

Customers of Key2 can expect Jaama to keep up with legislative changes, but the company is constantly innovating and recently released a major overhaul of its financial accounting module and improvements to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency licence checking service which now includes e-Consent (online driver licence checking authorisation) and instant licence checking (real-time).

Enhancements in 2016 will include a major Key2 Workshop overhaul and improvements to the Key2 Today screen which will enable customers to tailor their user dashboard to present custom management information on any aspect of data.

Jaama strengthened its client base last year – implementing new customers such as fleet management and funding specialist Total Motion which operates more than 4,000 vehicles – and reported an overall 16% increase in revenues with sales totalling £5.4 million.

Key2 is already used by a number of leading independent UK contract hire and leasing companies including: Days Fleet, Fleet Hire, JCT600, and Ogilvie Fleet.

UK organisations collectively operating more than 700,000 vehicles rely on Key2 and that total is expected to rise significantly this year with growth predicted in all sectors.

Underlining the industry-leading quality is Jaama’s recent accreditation to the Microsoft Gold standard.

Mr Evans concluded: “Achieving the Microsoft Gold standard demonstrates our professionalism to our customers.”
