Leading fleet and asset management software company Jaama has successfully achieved ISO9001 re-accreditation for its quality management systems.
 
The world’s most recognised quality management standard, published by the International Organisation for Standardisation, underlines Jaama’s commitment to quality across its entire business.
 
Jaama, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, first gained ISO9001 certification in 2011 and the re-accreditation follows a rigorous three-day root and branch audit by independent assessors.
 
Certified companies must submit themselves to the re-accreditation process every three years.
 
The company’s process improvement quality system (PIQs) is designed to ensure its customer-focused approach is built on a quality platform across its various departments including research and development, implementation, customer service, sales and marketing.
 
 
Jaama’s ISO9001 certification will continue uninterrupted from November 9, 2014 with the auditor concluding: “The Jaama quality management system is robust and delivers the requirements for a small to medium sized enterprise. This audit focused on the overall system and how it facilities the software development process in order to deliver on customer requirements. There were no non-conformancies raised during this audit. All the staff engaged well with the audit process and displayed a good working knowledge of the quality management system processes associated with their area of work and overall awareness of the system.”

Last year Jaama’s increased its customer base by 18% and in the first nine months of 2014 has recorded a further 16% increase in its client portfolio.
