Understanding how to run an efficient and effective transport operation is critical for fleet decision-makers, which is why Jaama’s vehicle and driver compliance experts are hosting a best practice seminar at this year’s Fleet News Congress.

The event, which focuses on “reducing costs with an efficient fleet”, is on Tuesday, 14th October at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon.

The industry publication has lined up an array of expert speakers who will address critical fleet issues in seminars.

Delegates are able to select three seminars to attend during the day from the menu available with Jaama’s experts addressing the business critical issues of:

  • Driver Empowerment – how to promote and enforce driver responsibility and compliance
  • How to identify low cost, high return compliance initiatives through holistic fleet management
  • Striking the balance between legal compliance requirements and invasion of driver privacy.

A spokesman for the organisers said: “A combination of expert speakers and a range of breakout seminars will provide a flexible format for getting the most out of this event.

“The format will allow attendees to create their own bespoke day of best practice insight with the opportunity to cherry pick sessions most relevant to their business at the current time.”

Other event seminars will cover fleet funding, incident management, telematics, service, maintenance and repair and risk management.

Tickets cost £99 (ex-VAT) per person with a group discount available – every third ticket booked is half price. Book online at https://congress.fleetnews.co.uk/booking or alternatively contact Emma-Louise Kinnaird on 01733 395133 or email Emma-Louise.
