Britain’s ‘most infuriating’ driving habits have been revealed and they are headed by a failure to indicate, according to a survey of more than 1,000 drivers by private number plate specialist Click4Reg.
Leaving the full beam on was rated the second most annoying driving habit, followed by driving at 10 mph below the sign posted speed limit.
The other top annoying driving habits included:
- Not being courteous to other drivers
- Sudden braking
- Middle-lane hogging
- Last minute lane mergers/lane switchers
- Bad parking
To delve deeper, survey participants were asked which drivers they found most annoying on the roads. The top three answers were: Elderly drivers, young male drivers and lorry drivers.
